A large plaster figurine of a Gundog, possibly dating from the early-mid 20th century.
The nature of plaster figurines is that the paintwork easily chips or flakes with age and pieces of the plaster often break away. The paintwork on this one is not bad (some minor flaking and slight chipping, but nothing too significant). It has suffered some distress to the right ear. Pieces have broken away and it has been repaired (this can be seen in the 3rd photograph). However, this does not detract from the overall appearance of the piece.
