This is a rare book and the author indicates that it is the first book written on the Cairn Terrier. It is undated, but believed to be from around 1925. It contains many photographs of Cairn Terriers and also includes the reproduction of newspaper articles from that period in relation to the cessation of interbreeding between the Cairn Terrier and the West Highland White Terrier.
The book has a brown softback cover which shows some wear on the corners. Internally, some of the pages show a little spotting and the binding is strained, although all the pages remain intact. Size: 8.5" x 5.5", approx 70 pages. |
