Condition of Goods
All items offered for sale have been pre-owned and are sourced from the secondhand marketplace.
We do not sell new items. Consequently all items may have minor marks or wear & tear which is commensurate with their age.
In general, these are not considered to detract from the appearance. Where any item has significant wear or damage, this will be
detailed in the description for that item.
All payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling. Goods may be paid
for either by cheque (from a UK bank), cash or by electronic
payment via Credit Card or PayPal. We can only accept Credit
Cards via the Internet and not by telephone.
Purchases will not be despatched until payment has been received.
All items are shipped using the UK Royal Mail postal service
(or Courier, where appropriate). Delivery times are estimates
based on published figures from the Royal Mail (unless a postage
option with a guaranteed delivery time is selected) and are
calculated from the date of postage and not the date of payment.
Under normal circumstances, items will be posted on the day
We endeavour to package all items so that they are protected
from any damage during shipment. However, we cannot be held
liable for any damage which may occur in transit. We offer
an Insurance option whereby shipments can be covered for loss
or damage. If this option is not chosen, then the Royal Mail
will pay compensation, up to a £30 maximum.
We aim to describe all items accurately, highlighting any
significant defects where necessary. However, we are human
and can make mistakes just like anyone else. If a Customer
receives an item which has been described inaccurately, we
will provide a full refund providing the item is returned
to us within 21 days of our despatch date and is received
by us in the same condition as when it was originally despatched.
