Customer Registration
Any visitor to our website can browse through our available stock and there is no requirement to Register with us. However, if you intend to buy, we need to know where you are located (to calculate the Postage Charge and to send your Shipment) and we need your email address as all communication is handled via email. Therefore, you will need to Register with us prior to placing an Order to Buy. Registration is available via the Register button in the right-hand panel on our web pages. If you have registered with us previously and are returning to our website, you will need to Sign-In with your UserName and Password. As soon as you are signed-in, you are ready to start buying.
The Shopping Cart
We use the concept of a Shopping Cart (Shopping Basket), where you can collect items which are of interest to you and you may want to purchase. You can review the items in your Cart and add or remove items at any time. Collecting items in your Cart is not a commitment to Buy and you can even clear all items from your Cart if you decide not to proceed. You only commit to a purchase at the end of the process - when we have been able to calculate postage charges and we will tell you the total cost of your Order. It is at this stage that you will Confirm your Order. We call this final stage the Checkout.
Your Shopping Cart will be held open for the duration of your session on our website. Items are not reserved for you until you have confirmed your Order at the Checkout. If your session remains inactive for a period of 20 minutes, your Shopping Cart will be emptied and you will need to Sign-In again.
